Safe Harbor Mental Health Associates, LLC is a unique service provider of mental health and substance abuse treatment in this community because of its dedication to the client's well being. Flora del Cueto, one of the associates and the office manager are all bilingual: Speaking both English and Spanish. Safe Harbor is devoted to the highest level of patient/client care. The integrity of our services to the community is born out of our respect and compassion for each person requesting assistance. Safe Harbor is also committed to the continued regard for the privilege of being a provider in the networks that manage mental health, substance abuse treatment, psychological services/testing and employee assistance programs and the continued respect for the insurance contracts managing these services.
The client's right to privacy is of chief importance to Safe Harbor. The providers and staff will strive to ensure that we strictly adhere to all that is required by the laws governing mental health and substance abuse services to maintain client confidentiality.
It is important to us that we honor the terms of all insurance contract agreements and also offer the same to those who come paying cash for services rendered. In a desire to also serve the community, we will extend mental health services to churches, the school system and community support groups designed to promote the well-being of the individual and families in the Florida counties of greater Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe communities by providing accessible, quality mental health and substance abuse/addiction care for children, adolescents, adults, and their families, utilizing a service system that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality and compassion. We are committed to quality mental health care that is provided in a collaborative effort with consumers' overall health strategies and an array of medical services. We are further committed to the philosophy that we exist for the customer/client.
